This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Trump-O-Meter, including accounts, AI chat, search, exports, APIs or feeds we may offer, and related support channels.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that infringes third-party rights
• Use bots, scripts, fake accounts, account sharing, or multiple accounts to evade subscriptions, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, bulk export, or otherwise extract content or data from the Service without our prior written permission
• Republish, resell, rehost, sublicense, build competing datasets or services from, or use the Service or its outputs to train models, except where mandatory law permits it
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques intended to bypass system instructions, safeguards, rate limits, or access controls
• Attempt to extract, reveal, reconstruct, benchmark, or reverse engineer hidden prompts, moderation rules, private datasets, or internal logic
• Submit confidential information, special-category personal data, or other material that you are not entitled to disclose or that you do not want reviewed for safety, compliance, or support
• Interfere with the Service, probe or attack infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware or harmful code

3. Monitoring and Review

We may use automated systems and manual review to detect abuse, protect users, enforce our terms, investigate incidents, and comply with law. That can include review of AI chat messages, account activity, technical logs, and related metadata by authorized personnel.

4. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary, suspected or actual breaches of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning: A notice that your behaviour violates this policy
• Feature restriction: Temporary or permanent loss of access to AI chat or other features
• Account suspension or termination: Temporary or permanent loss of access to some or all of the Service
• Billing action: Suspension or cancellation of paid access as permitted by our Terms of Service
• Investigation and reporting: Preservation of relevant records and cooperation with payment providers, service providers, or authorities

Serious, repeated, evasive, or high-risk conduct may lead to immediate action without a prior warning.
