01What's the difference between Access and Pro?

Access lets you browse and search speeches (last 30 days) and see the current price on every tracked word. Pro adds the computed intelligence — weekly frequency charts, hit rate, trend, and gap analysis against the market price. If you want to research Trump’s rhetoric, Access is enough. If you want to study price gaps against recent language history, you need Pro.

02What's the 72-hour Pro trial?

When you subscribe via the Start Pro trial button, your first 72 hours are free. A card is required at checkout so we don’t have to interrupt your trial to collect payment — cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. The trial is available once per account and once per card.

03Why is Access monthly-only?

Access is a low-commitment on-ramp. If you want annual pricing, Pro offers it at $790/yr (two months free).

04How fresh is the data?

Market prices sync every 15 minutes from Polymarket and Kalshi. Speeches and social posts are indexed within hours of delivery.

05What platforms do you cover?

We track mention markets on Polymarket and Kalshi. Both platforms offer markets on presidential speech topics.

06How are base rates calculated?

The 12-week rate measures how many weeks (out of 12) a word appeared in at least one speech. The all-time rate measures the percentage of tracked days where the word was mentioned. Both are Pro features.

07Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your billing settings. Annual Pro runs for the full year — cancel before renewal to stop future charges.

08Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer discretionary or goodwill refunds. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law still apply.
