Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Trump-O-Meter, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
Trump-O-Meter is a hosted speech and market-intelligence service operated by Tehidea Ltd. Features may include speech and post search, charts, prediction-market tracking, and AI-assisted analysis. We may add, remove, pause, or change features, limits, and data sources for operational, legal, security, or commercial reasons.
Trump-O-Meter is an independent editorial and data project operated by Tehidea Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, any Trump campaign, the U.S. Government, the White House, or any government agency.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. Unless we agree otherwise, you may maintain only one account and may not transfer or share access to it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
4. Paid Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
The Service currently offers Access and Pro paid subscription plans. Current pricing, billing intervals, and feature limits are described on our Pricing page. Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices shown at checkout may exclude taxes or similar charges that we are required to collect.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we designate. You may cancel from your billing settings at any time, and cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid period. If payment fails, we may retry collection, downgrade paid features, suspend access, or terminate the subscription.
We may change plans or pricing on reasonable notice before your next renewal. We do not offer prorated or discretionary refunds unless we say otherwise at the point of sale. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory law.
5. Third-Party Data and Informational Use
The Service relies on third-party sources and platforms, including transcript, speech, post, and market-data providers. Third-party material may be delayed, corrected, removed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not control it.
The Service is provided for information and research only. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or political advice, and it is not a brokerage, exchange, or market-making service. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, trades, bets, and reliance on any output or analysis.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must not scrape the Service, bulk-extract content, bypass safeguards or rate limits, reverse engineer hidden prompts or private datasets, or submit content that you do not have the right to share.
Do not submit confidential information, special-category personal data, or other material that you do not want reviewed, retained, or processed in line with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property and Your Inputs
Except for third-party source material, Trump-O-Meter and its software, design, branding, compilations, and derived analytics are owned by Tehidea Ltd or its licensors. Third-party content, names, marks, and source material remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Except as permitted by mandatory law or by our written permission, you may not republish, redistribute, mirror, frame, resell, bulk extract, create competing datasets, or train models on the Service or its outputs.
You keep ownership of questions, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service. You give us and our subprocessors a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and review that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability, Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or change features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
We may warn, restrict features, suspend, terminate, cancel paid access, or refuse re-registration where reasonably necessary if we believe you have breached these Terms or the AUP, created a security or fraud risk, abused payment flows, attempted to evade restrictions, or exposed us, other users, or third parties to legal or operational risk.
9. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where consumer law applies, we will provide the paid Service with reasonable care and skill.
10. Liability Limits for Business or Commercial Use
If you use the Service for business or commercial purposes, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, expected savings, or trading or investment losses. We are also not liable for losses caused by incorrect or delayed third-party data, source changes, market movements, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory protections under the laws of the country where you habitually live.
If you are acting for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security, operational, or product reasons. If a change materially and adversely affects paid use of the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable. If you do not agree to a revised version, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel before your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
